For me, it all started long ago. Being a little girl on my grandpa’s knees, listening to his stories and life philosophy, changed my life forever. 30 years later I was able to fully understand and internalize the true meaning and impact of his words.
People say I am a storyteller. It is true and it has its roots in my childhood as well. I love stories, they are our first and most powerful life lessons. Stories have the unparallel power to teach us while embedding core values into our minds and souls.
I am a people person. I have a gift of sensing what’s beneath the surface, behind the mask and this has enabled me to successfully work with and to the benefit of people and organizations for 20 years.

I am not the best or the wisest. This is because there is no absolute best. There is always room for growth and improvement. As long as you keep this in mind, you can constantly develop and so can your business. The moment you think you have reached the top, there is nowhere to go but down.
Coming back to me – I pay attention. I am very organized. But most of all, I have the constant need to develop myself and those around me.
I possess what is essential for coaching, mentoring, business consulting and leadership: people skills and organization skills topped up with the desire to share my 20 years of experience to make a difference.
I live my life being aware of everything that happens with me (please notice that I did not say “happens TO me”), and I consider every day a new learning & development opportunity. I learn something new every day. I make everything count and each experience meaningful so that I never waste precious time. And if I ever feel I do, I take a break and just reflect on what I can take away from that “waste”. This way I am the master of my time and my path.
My philosophy is simple and can be easily ingrained by anyone or any business that wants to develop. Never stop learning, never stop growing!
