I met Raluca for the first time at the training she held in my NGO. She captivated me from the beginning of the session with how she communicated the information and interacted with the participants. Following that first training, I decided to contact her for two more trainings. What I learned from Raluca could be divided into two categories. The first one is about HR activities, which helped me a lot in the NGO while I was president/chairman: how to recruit correctly, how to monitor the activity of the members, but, most importantly, how to motivate a team.

The second is related to the way in which we can combine the professional side with passion. I have learned from Raluca, both through our discussions and by observing her, that the most important thing is to put passion in whatever you do and, at the same time pass on your learnings to others.
