I had the pleasure of working with Raluca for 2 years in a start-up environment, in the context of building an entire support organization from scratch. During our collaboration, she came across as a passionate, committed and reliable Manager, to whom I could entrust challenging and time-sensitive goals. She has a transparent and open communication style, which helped build mutual trust with stakeholders. I particularly appreciated her interpersonal abilities, where she was excelling at coaching and mentoring her teams as well as some of her cross-functional peers.
