I’ve worked with Raluca since 2016 and I have rarely seen someone grow so much in a relatively short time. Initially, she supported as an HR manager to structure the hiring process for our Consultancy business. As our business grew and we launched new platforms and web services she grew along with the business from HR towards Project Management to an all-round COO.

She hired the majority of Nexibeo’s team members, structured most of the business processes, supported the technical processes with Project management and UX/UI advice and always made sure everyone was working effectively and efficiently according to a solid defined process that left enough space for creativity.

I would describe her as Versatile, Adjustable, Entrepreneurial, Effectively Communicative, Caring, Determined and Goal-oriented.
